Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients by understanding their needs, objectives, and challenges.

Account Management: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, proactively addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests.

Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and exceed their expectations.

Strategic Planning: Develop account plans aligned with client objectives and company goals to maximize revenue and profitability.

Develop and implement facility management strategies that align with company goals and objectives.

Identify opportunities for improving operations, reducing costs, and enhancing efficiency.

Client Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough client interviews and needs assessments to understand their business goals and challenges.

Propose creative solutions and services that meet their requirements.

Contract Negotiation: Collaborate with legal and finance teams to negotiate contracts and pricing agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both the client and the company.

Facility Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of company facilities, ensuring they are maintained at high standards of safety, cleanliness, and functionality.

Team Management: Lead and supervise a team of facility management professionals, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary knowledge, resources, and guidance to perform their duties effectively.

Budgeting and Cost Control: Develop and manage budgets for facility operations, maintenance, and projects.

Monitor expenses, conduct cost analysis, and identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising quality.

Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external vendors, contractors, and service providers.

Evaluate and select vendors based on performance, cost-effectiveness, and adherence to service level agreements.

Contract Management: Develop and negotiate contracts for facility services, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.

Monitor vendor performance and enforce contractual obligations.

Maintenance and Repairs: Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to ensure the optimal functioning of building systems and equipment.

Coordinate repairs and renovations as needed, minimizing downtime and disruptions.

Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure facilities comply with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards.

Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.

Project Management: Oversee facility improvement projects, renovations, and relocations.

Develop project plans, monitor progress, manage resources, and ensure timely and successful completion.

Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including executives, department heads, and employees, to understand their needs and provide support and solutions related to facility management.

Sustainability Initiatives: Develop and implement sustainability programs to reduce the environmental impact of facilities, including waste management, energy efficiency, and green building certifications.

Emergency Response: Develop and maintain emergency response plans, coordinating with relevant stakeholders and ensuring readiness to manage crises and maintain business continuity Requirements; Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

A Master's degree is a plus.

Proven work experience as a Facilities Manager or in a similar role, with demonstrated experience in managing multiple facilities.

Strong knowledge of facility management principles, practices, and standards.

Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Sound financial acumen and experience in budgeting and cost control.

Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards.

Experience in vendor and contract management.

Proficiency in using facility management software and systems.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Professional certifications in Facility Management (such as CFM) are highly desirable.

Willingness to travel to different facility locations as required.
