Job Description Lead business development (proposals/client meetings), marketing, and client engagement efforts for the Philippine BFSI business. Take ownership of practice-building efforts in the country such as team building, knowledge development, engagement monitoring, and team management. Contribute to thought leadership of the organization and present our viewpoints to clients in key industry forums. Identify key opportunities for the country and articulate the company's service offerings and value proposition to the market, build awareness, and strengthen our positioning. Take on part-time functional consulting and/or engagement leadership responsibilities for strategic engagements or clients. The Successful Applicant We are looking to onboard an experienced, goal-oriented Banking and Financial services expert to join the organization as Director for BFSI Practice for the Philippines. The candidate should know the latest BFSI business and technology trends, key industry problem statements and opportunities, and how technology can be leveraged to create unique business value and competitive advantage for our clients. The Practice lead must bring strong business development, senior/CXO level client engagement skills, domain knowledge, and a strong advisory & solution mindset. Ideally 12+ years of experience working in the BFSI sector, in practice & business development, and client engagement roles. Must have proven expertise and credentials in one or more of the following: business analysis/functional consulting, transformation program management, client relationship/engagement management, and/or business development. Must have commercial acumen and experience in holding revenue/profitability targets, strategic planning, and practice (sub-practice) development and growth in BFSI IT/consulting services. Extensive knowledge of the Philippines BFSI market, including key players, market dynamics, and regulatory landscape. Strong BFSI domain expertise/experience across one or more of the following: retail/corporate banking, payments, capital markets, insurance, fintech, and risk/compliance. Must be well-versed with the latest domain and technology initiatives in the BFSI space such as digital transformation, fintech platforms, product innovation, and others. Must have a strong understanding of technology trends and business value for BFSI clients, in areas such as Cloud, Data & AI/ML, Blockchain, Automation/Low Code & No Code, Mobility/Digital Experience, etc. Must have strong leadership and team management skills, with demonstrated abilities to collaborate and lead in a matrix model to galvanize and collaborate with practice leads, market leads, and team members spread out globally towards common business development or engagement goals.
