Job Description Supports the Assistant Manager – F& B Training in conducting and coordinating Food & Beverage Training Program and other core initiatives related to enforcement of operations service standards Closely monitor compliance of team members to the established standard operating procedures Contributes in programs to further enhance the skills and knowledge of team members toward service efficiency Conducts spot checks and audits Performs administrative duties required to facilitate training activities for his assigned area Conducts Forbes 5-Star Standards throughout the Property and ensures adherence at every guest interaction Requirements Must have at least 1 year experience in Learning & Development in a 5-Star Hotel or Integrated Resort Must be a College graduate Excellent organization and communication skills.
Should be articulate.
