Key Responsibilities: • Manage all aspects of mechanical construction projects, including HVAC and plumbing systems.

• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project success.

• Oversee budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.

• Conduct site visits and walkthroughs to assess progress and resolve issues.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards.

• Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining quality and efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills: Experience: • 5+ years of experience in mechanical construction project management.

• Prior experience in the HVAC or mechanical services industry is advantageous.

Technical Skills: • Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems.

• Proficiency in project management software and tools.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial modeling and data analysis.

• Strong knowledge of Power Point for creating impactful presentations.

• Familiarity with financial software and ERP systems.
