Responsibilities Ensure that the IT Infrastructure of the bank meets the committed service level targets, including identifying critical and key service management metrics for continuous improvement. Manage infrastructure-related problems and incidents to meet recovery time objectives (RTO). Address infrastructure issues within targets based on priority levels. Operate and maintain IT infrastructure platforms (mainframe, storage, network, etc.) to support digital initiatives. Review, test, and ensure compliance of infrastructure-related changes to prevent service disruptions. Monitor and control infrastructure-related expenses within the approved budget. Ensure third-party vendors perform services within the agreed TAT and contractual deliverables. Ensure outsourced service providers comply with infrastructure guidelines, standards, and policies. Qualifications Graduate of a 4-year college degree in Computer Science, IT, Management, or related fields. At least 2 years in a similar role. At least 5 years of management experience in a technology-related role. Knowledge of banking and financial services concepts. Knowledge of Solution Delivery Life Cycle, Analysis and Design, COBOL, CICS, VB, SQL Programming, ITIL. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Good interpersonal and leadership skills. Advanced technical and programming skills. Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
