ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Prepare payroll for Hong Kong and handle IR56 E form for starters Set up and maintain staff record Manage Hong Kong pension contribution Support annual audit for Hong Kong pension and year end reconciliation Prepare gratuity calculation and payment to site staff Update staff movement records in the system Assist in ad-hoc assignment as and when required QUALIFICATIONS Degree holder in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related discipline At least 4 years of relevant experience obtained from multi-national organizations Knowledge of payroll process would be advantage Energetic, flexible and good team-player Good communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office, experience with IHR Plus is a plus Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, Putonghua is preferred
