We’re currently looking for Senior Payroll Analyst The Senior Payroll Analyst is responsible with oversee payroll processing for assigned international payroll subsidiaries and ensure deadlines are met.● Manage the payroll accounting close process for assigned subsidiaries● Participate in the month-end/quarter end close by posting journal entries through Net Suite● Reconcile balance sheet accounts on monthly/quarterly basis● Prepare supporting schedule /analytic for monthly management reporting● Coordinate, support and participate in various system UAT’s (User acceptance testing)● Assist on documentation of desk procedure on payroll processing in US and International subs● Review and resolve payroll discrepancies and/or employee questions timely and accurately● Assist with ad hoc reporting as necessary To succeed in this role you must have experience in:● 5+ years hands-on experience in US and International Payroll processing● Good knowledge of payroll accounting: e.g.: accrual, PTO and misc.

payroll related JEs● Experience with Workday HCM/Payroll; Net Suite, and ADP Smart Compliance ● Cross-functional collaboration with business partners for process improvements Desired Qualifications:● Exceptional attention to detail and ability to deliver accurate results under strict deadlines● Advance Microsoft office e.g.: Excel and Power Point● Strong written and verbal communication skills● Willing to work on any shift and/or on US hours
