This position involves supporting strategic transformation programs by providing comprehensive project lifecycle services, including delivery, governance, reporting, financial management, and resourcing. The Senior PMO Analyst will develop and maintain reports for the transformation program and other projects, supporting Project Managers with high-quality outputs and producing reports for Steering Groups. Primary Responsibilities Strategy and Planning Understanding organizational environment and strategic goals Managing strategy development and control systems Producing project quality audit plans and coordinating schedules Creating effective program plans, budgets, and resource schedules Identifying and managing interdependencies Shaping business cases for initiatives Policy, Process, and Procedures Collaborating with team members to mobilize projects effectively Facilitating project delivery support and data provision Carrying out day-to-day portfolio support activities Producing management reports for Steering Groups Monitoring project budgets and reporting on spend Validating governance structures and measures Environmental Awareness and Customer Focus Engaging stakeholders across the business Supporting the PMO team in active project management Providing reporting and governance support Assisting with financial and contractual matters Maintaining project documentation Monitoring environmental changes impacting projects Technical Performance Maintaining templates for project management and reporting Utilizing core project management skills for compliance and standards Monitoring ongoing project compliance and escalation Interpreting complex project status materials Required Education and Skills Bachelor's Degree or equivalent Strong planning, organizational, and analytical skills Business acumen and conceptual thinking Effective communication and presentation skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools Preferred Experience and Knowledge Experience within a PMO and managing reporting cycles Qualifications such as CAPM or PMPKnowledge of project management disciplines and frameworks Understanding of change management and IT systems QBE’s cultural DNA emphasizes expertise, inclusivity, speed, courage, and teamwork.
