As part of the Natura &Co family, we’re committed to being the best beauty company for the world by generating a positive environmental, economic and social impact for our communities across the globe.Role TypePermanentWhat you'll be doing:Join our team as a Sr. Reward Specialist, support annual Reward cycle activities within the cluster, ensure pay philosophy consistency across cluster markets provide C&B advice and guidance to local teams, monitor local salary and benefits market trends and employer legislation changes, support benefits vendor selection and vendor management processes in a lead market(s).Key responsibilities:Duties:1. Support execution of the Group / Brand Reward strategy across Cluster ensuring consistency, competitiveness, equity, compliance with local legislation specifics and local business needs: employee incentive programs, benefits, pay policies, salary administration, global mobility, retirement / pension plans, etc.2. Support annual Salary Review and Bonus planning process: coordinate data quality audits, support preparation of communication materials, system uploads, local communication, support planning managers in a cluster, ensure consistency and equity, link with payroll processes.3. Market benchmarking: participate in the surveys of providers chosen centrally, review market data, build salary ranges; prepare salary proposals, run job evaluations.4. Support other Rewards BAU activities: employee mobility; advice on annual benefits renewals; providing advice and coordinating changes to local incentive plans (sales, operations, etc.).5. Support local and central Reward and People related projects (Living Wage, Pay Equity, benefits harmonisation, etc.)We'd love you to have:Work Experience & Education: University graduate with major in management or HR related field, 2-3 years experience in C&B (regional / multi-country experience desired)Skills & Competences: Strategic thinking, good analytical skills, fluent English, highly numerate and logic, good communication and negotiation skills, stakeholder managementRole Impact: financial impact, pay equity, consistency and fairness; group commitment to life; impact within HR / C&B areas.
