Job Description The objective of this position is to support the financial and accounting activities for Doka Australia and Lubeca that is in line with company policy and statutory standards, whilst ensuring delivery of the role is in a professional, diligent and timely manner. Adhering to compliance and the relevant legislation is essential for the role, whilst ensuring the best value to Doka Australia and Lubeca. Key responsibilities include but not limited to; posting of supplier/general ledger payments (FEBA)Posting of customer payments (FEBA) where there is a remittance advice calculation and posting of customs and landing invoices split by new/used/projects check that temp. agency worker invoices are entered for all branches create automated workflow for credit limit expiry (can be done anytime during the month)prepare payment proposal for intercompany payments (approx. 19-20th of a month)posting of company credit card expenses x 4 in SAP (approx. 23rd of a month)converting (EUR to AUD) IT annex and posting of IT invoices (approx. 20-27th of a month)SAP posting and maintaining prepayments schedule in excel accrual of landing invoices as required Qualifications Degree qualification in Accounting or Commercial. CPA part / full qualification (preferred) Additional Information This candidate will be working with Doka Australia but will be based in Muntinlupa office.
