This role will also ensure that financial processes and controls are in place for business units and that correct business practices are followed. Your key responsibilities will be to: Maintain book of accounts and support month-end closing including inter-company and bank reconciliation Prepare the cash flow report Prepare and file the BIR tax returns but not limited to withholding tax and VAT. Assist in the periodic both internal and external audit and respond in a timely manner to any audit queries Provide accounting support to non-finance departments (e.g. HR, Sales, Engineering, Operations)Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement and innovate solutions so that the team can operate in an efficient and cost effective manner Qualifications Required (Education and Technical)More than three (3) years experience in an accounting role Bachelor's Degree in Accounting Experience and proficiency in full set of accounting including Account Payable, Account Receivable, General Ledger, Banking, Account Reconciliation and Analysis Experience in handling accounting related queries and providing accounting support to stakeholders (of the role)Knowledgeable in tax ruling Excellent knowledge of Philippines Financial Reporting Standards Previous experience in ERP system Excellent MS Office skills in Word and Excel Required (Attributes and Motivation)Strong communication skills (written and verbal) in English & Filipino language Ability to manage time and prioritize work Driven and independent Problem solving approach to handling queries and addressing issues Engaging and confident personality Preferred (Skills and Background)Experience working in a multinational companies such as construction, trading or industrial companies Experience in inventory management as part of accounting Previous experience in SAP ERP ( but not required)Additional Information If this is you, wait no more!
