JOB PURPOSE: The Transformation Officer/ Manager is responsible for supporting transformation initiatives within Technology and Transformation team for various internal departments in the organization.

He/ she will work with Transformation Senior Manager/ Project Manager to support, document new projects, processes and technologies (, phygital).

The Transformation Officer/ Manager is involved at every stage of transformation – from strategydevelopment, planning & scoping, project & resource management, execution/implementation, and integration.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:1.

Documents and identifies gaps and opportunities for transformation (, cultural, business process, phygital) and recommends strategies and actions to address them.2.

Create documentations and properly manages storage for project related documents such as business cases, charter, RAID logs, CPS, burn down chart and project updates.

3.

Drives documented approvals from stakeholders and process owners of project related documents.4.

Coordinates with cross-functional teams (, Ops, Marketing, Channels) and other stakeholders.

5.

Monitors the progress of project specific tasks and ensures timely delivery of identified POCs.

6.

Works with the Change Management and cross-functional teams to design communication plans, to inform internal teams, business partners, and other stakeholders about changes in tools, systems, processes, or procedures.7.

Coordinates with the Change Management and cross-functional teams to design execution plans for training, pilot and deployment.

Your Profile1.

Must have good oral and written communication skills.2.

Knowledge in using Powerpoint, MS Project3.

Flexible, must be able to work in a fast paced environment in an organized manner.4.

Knowledge of insurance and how it works is a plus.5.

Experience in stakeholder engagement/ management is a plus.
