JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Summary:
● With at least 1-year work experience is an advantage
● Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations, financial reports, and
procedures; and working with legal entities and on taxes regulations and
compliance
● Has keen attention to detail and good analytical skills
● Willing to have Saturday duties and can start work immediately
● Newly board passers are welcome to apply
Job Qualifications:
● Monitors and manages the daily departmental activities.
● Prepares the financial reports by collecting information, and preparing balance
sheets
● Reconciles account payable and receivables for financial discrepancies
● Records and verifies payment and disbursements transactions.
● Complies with local government, financial legal requirements, and new
legislation in coordination with the consultants and advises the management on
necessary actions.
● Handles the monthly, quarterly, and annual tax requirements and tax returns.
● Prepares special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing
account information and trends and submitting them to management.
