The Client Services Representative will work to build, maintain and strengthen a company's relationship with a client. They work with clients to build strategies to overcome any challenges their business may face. They communicate with clients to better understand what goals they aim to accomplish and demonstrate how their company's product or service can help them meet these objectives and benefit their business.
YOU WILL:
Ensure reports are created and transmitted to clients on a timely basis
Complete payment and file reconciliations, when required
Log applicable tickets within Service Desk on behalf of the department
Lead and execute client audits and their deliverables, when required
Maintain accurate portfolio work instructions and ensure they are reviewed on a quarterly basis
Conduct initial and refresher training on your assigned portfolios to other Client Service Representatives
Required to adhere to the clients Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) for reporting and ensure they are all met in a timely manner and complete
Maintain Client Quality Plans
Complete required Total Compliance Training as issued within Workday Learning
Required to be a team player, not only within the Client Service Department, but all connecting departments such as and not limited to Operations, Information Processing, Finance, Compliance, Administration etc.
Ensure all required correspondence (including direct payment advisory forms, complaints, close out requests, etc.) are exchanged with clients on a daily basis
Respond to client requests promptly, professionally, and in a manner consistent with the Company's Mission Statement, Promise of Performance, and Company Policy
Identify any cases of malpractice where Company Policy or collection legislation is not being followed, and inform the appropriate MC, Compliance and/or the Training Department that individual training for the collector or tracer is required
Log and action internal query forms on the Internal Query system
Complete correspondence for agents, tracer agents, and MCs/Directors/Vice Presidents as required, and/or review all outgoing documents for spelling and grammar before forwarding them to their intended recipient
Champion company core values and other company programs
Other duties as assigned
ABOUT YOU:
Degree in Finance or related studies
Minimum six months successful experience in a client service role in the Company, or equivalent experience outside of the Company
Previous supervisory or managerial experience (preferred)
