QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or any related field.

Minimum 10-15 years of experience in real estate development, with a focus on project management.

Proven track record of successfully delivering complex real estate projects on time and within budget.

Strong understanding of real estate development processes, including feasibility studies, design, construction, and costing and financial management.

Knowledge of local real estate regulations and permitting processes.

Experience in working with government agencies and regulatory bodies.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Familiarity with sustainable development practices and green building standards.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Experienced in project management software and tools.
