We are searching for a competitive Data & Reporting Manager to join our awesome team at JP Morgan Chase Bank, N.A. in Metro Manila.Growing your career as a Full Time Data & Reporting Manager is an awesome opportunity to develop competitive skills.If you are strong in project management, planning and have the right mindset for the job, then apply for the position of Data & Reporting Manager at JP Morgan Chase Bank, N.A. today!Job Description Job Responsibilities You will manage the daily inflow of files (i.e. data feeds) that need importing into the application, Contingent Worker Management, and ensure the integrity of the dataYou will evaluate the inbound candidate submissions from suppliers and route the requests to particular Identity Managers for processing based upon their area of expertiseYou will work with technology partners (project manager, business analyst, and developers) to implement enhancements or application defects with regard to the team; all enhancements/defects must be documented in JIRA and tested in our User Acceptance Testing environment before being moved into productionYou will document and processes using Visio workflows and append the document as needed and run daily, weekly, and/or monthly scans for various regulatory and compliance scenarios that may need to be researched and/or remediatedYou will distribute daily reports and produce daily, weekly, and monthly reporting detailing productionYou will provide management visibility into the JPMC global contingent worker landscape by leveraging the various periodic reports and raw data and synthesize information and assess the developing picture of contingent worker engagement to provide guiding opinions and recommendations on the perspectives derived, i.e. analyze unexpected aggregated contingent worker volume increases against target reductions and potential reasons.You will identify and quantify developing contingent worker volume trends and provide intelligence behind the results and work with the Global Supplier Services' Business Intelligence team to periodically update the contingent worker dashboards, Contractor 360/Where Is My Contractor?, based on the evolving business requirements as well as stakeholders Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities Experienced using Excel (i.e. PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Formulas) for data analysis.Proficient in typical business applications (Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) and other applicable toolsets (i.e. Visio would be a plus)Strong written and verbal communication skillsEffective at maintaining and building effective relationships with stakeholders at all levelsAble to maintain a high degree of confidentialitySolid facilitation and presentation skillsWork collaboratively with global team members and productively in virtual team environmentAbility to work independently and be self-directedStrong organization and time management skillsStrong attention to detail to produce accurate and high-quality reports/materials About Us JPMorgan Chase & Co., one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world's most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
