EDSE provides vital services in the area of contact center (accessHR), payroll, benefits administration, global data management (including records management and letters production), On/Off boarding employees, Workforce Analytics and Surveys, and HR Risk Management. Our efforts are focused on supporting the firm to achieve its strategic priorities by leveraging these core principles that define the group's culture and provide the basis for planning and decision-making in all areas: Superior Employee Experience; Operational Excellence; Efficient Global Coverage and Commitment to our People Summary paragraph on the business area within the LOB The Operations Specialist/Change Manager will be part of the Specialty Operations team for APAC EDSE which includes supporting the SOT lead in the delivery of the regional change agenda and support the deployment of global initiatives across the region. In this role, the individual will display expertise on project disciplines and be accountable for end-to-end delivery of HR projects Success will require working collaboratively with EDSE management, stakeholders across the HR, and control function partners with a critical eye for problem solving. Key responsibilities Change and operations specialist with ability to effectively communicate change objectives, cost benefit and success metrics Drive key regional and global strategic projects to deliver quality and controlled process change that delivery excellent employee experience Knowledge of automation platforms such as MS Excel/Power Query, SharePoint and aptitude to identify opportunities for process simplification through these tools. Establishing solid working relationships with project sponsors and business stakeholders Advise on functional projects focused on process improvement and improving controls Develop and manage detailed project plans Drive regional engagement with stakeholders, working closely with regional EDSE leads to execute deliverables in support of the EDSE agenda Communicate effectively with key business partners to understand projects and drive next steps Compose internal communication drafts related to internal processes, events and developments Manage multiple concurrent operational change/ad-hoc requests related to project and change management Participate in collaborative initiatives with team members and global managers, looking for ways to continually simplify, improve, and add value to existing business processes Ability to analyze and interpret data in a meaningful way. Key attributes Excellent organization skills, demonstrating "solution based" approach Display 'change management' understanding and drive for process excellence. Ability to execute within demanding deadlines, and manage multiple projects concurrently Proactive, accountable, and detail-oriented work ethic Thrive working in a fast-paced and demanding environment Confidence and skill to both develop and recommend solutions to EDSE leaders Understanding of project management methodologies and disciplines Highly motivated, results-oriented, and client-focused Ability to quickly analyze business practices to identify risk and develop innovative solutions Strong written and verbal communication skills to interface globally with all levels of the organization Strong data analytical skills Strong technical skills in Powerpoint, Excel and SharePoint would be an advantage Experience and Qualifications Minimum 3 years of HR experience is required Experience in a project related roles is highly desirable.
