In an exciting and dynamic environment you'll achieve excellence in managing critical operations and programs onsite with our client. You'll ensure the highest standards are delivered and best practices implemented consistently. You'll work with vendor partners for assuring the technical services activities performed as requirements by providing your expertise in managing the client environment and technical services, with a focus on continuous improvement and risk management.This role is to provide the successful delivery of top quality Technical Services in Uptown Place Tower 1 site.Responsible for providing outstanding client service, you'll lead, monitor and mentor to effectively control technical services activity. The responsibilities as follows,This position has frequent contact with stakeholders requiring zero-downtime to client operation sand ensuring critical equipment are maintained based on JLL and client policiesEnsure client infrastructures are resilient and understand the critical MEP systems on site including UPS, CRAC, chiller, generator, fire alarm etc. with an ability to support client security teams and their systemsResponsible for 24-Hr emergency and alarms on client premiseMust be prepared to be on call and work out of normal working hours where applicableMaintain and monitor all building automation systems (BMS, Lighting Control system, BOS)Manage, supervise and develop a close working relationship with all of the vendors under his control to ensure that they fully understand the Client culture and are made to feel part of the team delivering a high quality of service.Responsible for client premise inspection and safety standards are used to comply with client, JLL and local guidelinesResponsible for building shutdown activities and coordination support to stakeholdersResponsible and supervise/escort on work carried out after office hoursSupporting stakeholders to any request related to facilitiesAssist on Annual Pull the plug or building shutdownAssist to facilitate emergency fire drillPerform a wide spectrum of building maintenance and repair workSupport handyman services (i.e change light bulb, paint touch up, fixed floor, ceiling, doors & system furniture, and any facility related rectification works)Provide support on moves and event logisticsCoordinate special projects as directed by JLL or clientEnsures delivery of PPM in line with agreed timelines and monitors vendors to ensure service delivery in line with KPI/SLAsResponsible for completion of all maintenance service requests as assignedMaintain inventory control for cost effective operations (any JLL or client procured items)Weekly health check of critical equipment roomsWinning our clients trustAs Site Technical Services Coordinator, you'll be working with our client and will build strong relationships through your proactivity and engagement. You'll make sure that the client's expectations are met every time, being the go-to person for any technical services related queries for Uptown Place Tower 1 site.What this job involves:Sound like you To apply you'll need to be/have:Experienced in Technical ServicesA diploma or a professional qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering / Technical Services is required.For this role, you'll need a minimum of 5-7 years experience in engineering or technical services delivery in a facilities management environment. This should include a minimum of 3-4 years experience in managing the site team and contract of works. Furthermore, a strong knowledge of occupational safety requirements, sustainability, and improvement initiatives may help you land the job.Experience in digital buildings knowledge is an added advantage.Experience in managing minor projects will be an added advantage.Well rounded skillsAs Site Technical Services Coordinator, you will undeniably have very strong technical / engineering skills, for this role we're looking for the full package, so you'll need to demonstrate your expertise in interacting with a wide range of stakeholders and team members in Uptown Place Tower 1 site. Impeccable people skills will be a must have for this role as you'll enjoy working within a diverse and inclusive team. You'll take the time to listen to people in order to apply your expertise and create maximum positive impact. May need you to be available to support 24/7 during an emergency situation. Knowledge of budget related expertise is expected.An eye for detailDo you have an eye for detail Attention to detail combined with high level analytical skills are vital for success in this role, you'll analyze qualitative and quantitative information and translate this into strategic deliverables. Good communication skills, conversing with client and site team in English, there is a requirement for you to be proficient in the English language.Great organizational skillsWe operate in a fast paced, high volume environment and you'll need to keep up to speed.
