Job Description As a Finance and Accounting Specialist , you will take on a crucial role encompassing various responsibilities in accounts payable, accounts receivable, compliance, inventory reconciliations, and analysis.

Here’s an overview of the role: Employment Type: Full-time Shift: Night Shift (Monday to Friday; 09:00 PM - 06:00 AM) Work Setup: Permanent WFH What’s required to get hired? Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Previous experience in finance, including accounts payable and receivable.

Solid understanding of sales and use tax regulations and compliance, or high aptitude and willingness to learn.

Proficiency in Netsuite.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to learn new technologies and work independently when required.

What awaits you in this role? Accounts Payable & Receivable: Review and process incoming invoices accurately and oversee timely payments.

Process expense reports and reimbursements efficiently.

Invoice customers (sponsors) promptly and follow up on payments as required.

Online Account Management: Manage online accounts to ensure adequate funds are available and requesting payments, as needed.

Download and organize reports to support financial reporting, including month-end close processes.

Compliance, tax, and trend analysis: Monitor spending patterns and prepare reports for management.

Provide recommendations for cost-saving measures.

Research applicable sales tax rates and business permit requirements by jurisdiction.

Prepare and file local sales tax returns in adherence to U.

S.

tax regulations.

Other finance and accounting support, as required.
