Job Description

Be part of our client’s team as a Financial Planning Assistant, where your primary role is to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to financial advisors. You’ll prepare essential reports, liaise with financial institutions, and ensure regulatory compliance to contribute to seamless client experiences.

Job Overview
Employment Type: Full-time
Shift: Day Shift; Monday to Friday, 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM, Weekends Off
Work Setup: Onsite, Makati

Your Daily Tasks
  • Prepare reports and documentation for client meetings.
  • Demonstrate high proficiency in Microsoft Suite, particularly MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Manage competing demands and prioritize tasks based on deadlines.
  • Research and liaise with financial institutions, superannuation funds, and insurance providers (as needed).
  • Maintain and update client records in financial planning software.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements by maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of internal process documentation.

Requirements

The Qualifications We Seek

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related courses.
  • At least 2 years of experience in AU paraplanning with a strong understanding of Australian financial regulations
  • Experience in banking, financial services, or equivalent roles.
  • Previous experience in the insurance industry.
  • Proficiency in Xplan financial planning software is essential.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
  • Motivated, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic.
  • Willingness to perform repetitive tasks efficiently.
  • Willing to work onsite and collaborate in a team environment.
