. Xometry is looking for a FP&A Analyst to own key processes across the consolidated financial statements. You will oversee crucial business metric tracking and make recommendations to senior leaders regarding business direction. This role will become the main lead on all consolidated forecasting/reporting for P&L and Cash Flow statements and own operating expense forecasting/reporting across all departments. Responsibilities: Lead operating expense forecasting processes across all departments including monthly Bv A meetings with department heads, monthly forecasting processes, headcount tracking and approvals and annual planning cyclesDrive cash flow forecasting processes and build out expanded analysis on movements in cash flow over timeOwn consolidated global forecast models and partner with members of FP&A and business partners to understand updates and variances to actualsSupport investor relations activities and external reporting requirementsPursue automation and process improvement across financial processes. Drive usage of planning and reporting tool throughout finance team and to business partners as neededBuild out views and layouts of expense data for analysisRun periodic data extracts of total OPEX to provide a preliminary view prior to monthly close, actual view after monthly close, and reconcile those actuals to approved reported figuresManage file structure, setup and continuity of data to assist with making key information readily availableMaintain a historical context on variancesCreate ad hoc analysis to support key business decisions and contract negotiationsRecommend new productivity or cost-saving initiatives Qualifications: 3+ years of experience and demonstrated growth, preferably in FP&A roles at high growth companiesBachelor’s Degree preferred in Finance, Accounting, or related fieldExperience in Excel and working knowledge of BI toolsExperience with SQL preferredExperience with a fast-growing company and a track record of scaling planning, forecasting, and reporting in growth-oriented environmentsA high degree of organization and efficiency with demonstrated attention to detailSuperior analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on attention to detail while delivering against tight deadlines Here at Xometry we believe in diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging.
