We are looking for a high-energy Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic team and help us drive our inbound sales to new heights!What will you do:Work alongside sales and marketing to convert all inbound leads Lead top-class consultative sales process that will help prospects solve their problems with our solution Educate potential customers on the value of CloudTalk's solution Set appointments for the sales team when a lead reaches a qualified stage Capture and manage lead information in our HubSpot CRM system What we expect of you:Flexibility to cover the GMT+8 time zone Fluent English is required B2B experience in sales or customer success is required Ability to understand customer needs and meet those with a successful product sale Active listening and empathy when speaking with customers Comfortable working in a start-up environment Highly motivated and thirsty for learning Self-starter with an eagerness to reach out to potential clients in a timely manner You are fully aligned with our values Bonus points if…You have experience working in a SaaS company and a fast-growing startup You have Knowledge of the Telco world Why you will love to be a CloudTalker:Short answer?
