Summary of This RoleSupports the IT Operations organization with receiving IT hardware and ordering desktop software, as well as adhering to processes, strategies, and technologies that support a full lifecycle approach to managing all assets for our corporate infrastructure. Aids with asset requests and tracks approvals. Works with procurement for receipt of assets. Provides reporting, data analysis and comparison, tracks compliance and assists in disposal of assets.What Part Will You Play?Perform daily operational processes for ITAM with minimal supervisionCollaborate with technical teams and communicate findings to all stakeholdersConduct researchPresent information using data visualization techniquesPropose solutions and strategies to ITAM process challenges and dependenciesMonitor configuration data is available when and where it is needed to support other service management processesGenerate and distribute strategic reporting, including compliance reports on current assets and CI’s and their status; also perform trend analysisResearching dates, versions and instances for End of Life Program lead for hardware and softwareContribute to providing process efficiency by implementing the key performance indicators; drive continuous improvementsAssist in preparation of Asset/CMDB internal and external audits to ensure data compliance is illustrated and upheldBuild relationships with other ITSM team(s) to ensure inter-process activities are well maintained and transition smoothly across the service lifecycleContribute to and execute on roadmap to mature the Asset/CMDB processesOther duties as assignedWhat Are We Looking For in This Role?Minimum QualificationsBachelor's Degree in information technology, computer science, or business administration, or equivalent work experience ​Typically Minimum 2 Years Relevant ExpAnalytical mind and business acumenProblem-solving aptitudeExcellent communication and presentation skillsFamiliar with Google and Google productsAbility to work effectively in a dynamic, research-oriented group that has several concurrent projectsSelf motivated team playerPreferred QualificationsITIL Foundation CertificationWhat Are Our Desired Skills and Capabilities?Skills / Knowledge - Developing professional expertise, applies company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues.Job Complexity - Works on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors.
