Learn more about Unisys and our key solution offerings: Unisys, Stealth, CloudForte, InteliServe What success looks like in this role: • Working with senior contracts staff, reviews and prepares routine response for proposals, bids, and contract modifications • Analyzes routine contract requirements, special provisions, terms and conditions to ensure • Compliance with appropriate laws, regulations, and corporate policies and business unit procedure • Assists with the development and negotiation strategy and leads negotiation team on routine contractual issues. • Prepares, organizes and maintains contract records and files documenting contract performance and compliance. • Assist with communications with law, finance and business team disciplines for resolution of contract issues and disputes. • Assists inidentification, development and implementation of new contract policy and processes. You will be successful in this role if you have: • Bachelor's degree and 1-2 years experience or 5 years business or equivalent related work experience • Working knowledge of contracting concepts, applicable public contract acquisition law and regulations. • Strong to excellent analytical and communication and presentation. • Strong professional judgment and creativity. • Excellent internal and external communication/negotiation skills.
