About the job Role:  Talent & Vendor Coordinator Work schedule:   Full Time | 40 hours per week | Flexible to US & EU time (90% 8 AM -5 PM PST, 10% mirroring the EU schedule) Type of Contract: Independent Contractor Salary Range: up to 1,600 USD per month Duties & Responsibilities: Sourcing Candidates on Linked In Given Certain Parameters - 20% Identifying and attracting potential candidates through strategic searches on Linked In based on specified criteria.

This is vital for ensuring we have a pool of qualified candidates to fill open positions.

Conducting Preliminary Interviews with Candidates - 20% Performing initial interviews to assess candidate suitability for open roles.

This step is essential in narrowing down the best fits for further interviews and ultimately hiring the right talent.

Researching Vendors Such as Production Companies, Co-Packers, Formulation Companies, Agencies - 20% Investigating and identifying potential vendors to collaborate with.

This involves thorough research to ensure vendors meet our quality standards and can effectively support our business needs.

Answering Customer Emails and Tickets - 10% Managing and responding to customer inquiries and issues via email and support tickets.

Providing timely and helpful responses is key to maintaining high customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Conducting Preliminary Interviews with Vendors - 10% Engaging in initial discussions with potential vendors to evaluate their capabilities and compatibility with our business requirements.

This helps in establishing strong and reliable vendor partnerships.

Executing Payments and Wires - 10% Handling financial transactions, including processing payments and wire transfers.

Accurate and timely execution of these tasks is critical for maintaining smooth financial operations and good vendor relationships.

Supporting with Labeling of Expenditures - 10% Assisting in the proper categorization and documentation of expenditures.

This ensures accurate financial reporting and effective budget management.

Requirements Has at least 3+ years in recruitment, HR, sales or vendor management with a proven track record.

Familiarity with ATS, recruitment software, Google Workspace, Slack Experience with Rippling, Quickbooks Online, Carta, Bex, Figma is a plus! Ability to conduct market research and vendor analysis.

Proficient in data-driven decision-making and reporting.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Experience building relationships with candidates, vendors, and teams.

Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.

Strong organizational and project management skills.
