Job Description YOUR ROLEAs a Technical Business Analyst with Capgemini, you will serve as an interface between the business, customers, and their product-related needs, and the development team. Your key responsibilities include: Requirement gathering and analysis, facilitating review and approval from stakeholders, and participating in design discussions and workshops. Writing user stories, conducting grooming sessions, and story walkthroughs. Providing initial sign-off on development after testing. Demonstrating the product to Product Owners and stakeholders for final approval. Supporting UAT, SIT, and production phases. Collaborating with partner system BAs and stakeholders, managing stakeholder relationships. Preparing use case diagrams, UMLs, sequence diagrams, and Visio flows. Buffering the team from feature and bug-fix requests from various sources, and being the main contact for product requirement questions. Working closely with the team to define, document, and prioritize user-facing and technical requirements. Assisting Product Owners in fitting change requests into existing business flows efficiently. YOUR PROFILEProven experience as a Technical Business Analyst or similar role. Ability to create requirements in user stories with acceptance criteria, preferably in BDD format. Retail banking domain knowledge and strong writing skills. Understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
