DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES: Finance Data Management and Reporting Manage in-house finance data management, including project planning, timeline management, feasibility study, user requirement analysis, training and documentation.Ensure quality, ownership and traceability of data management deliverables and documentations throughout the project life cycle, and documentations are reviewed and signed off according to the agreed standard and timeline. Ensure that process documents are updated regularly. Transform data analytics results into appealing visualization and reports with business insights and recommendation. Prepare and ensure the accuracy and completeness of the reports. Participate in projects / tasks. People Leadership Provide guidance and leadership to junior staff in the Finance Team. Others Monitor the approach and methodology to identify opportunities for improvement. Identify and resolve operational issues, clearly articulate potential recommendations and solutions to managers and partners. Monitor group mailbox regularly and respond to email inquiries in a timely manner. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in computer science, statistics, data mining, IT, quantitative analysis or relevant from an accredited university or equivalent work experience. 8+ years of industry experience in project management/accounting/finance field, preferably from payment card industry. Strong experience of SQL scripting. Experience in troubleshooting and system configuration. Strong leadership and influencing skills. Excellent organizational, planning and time management skills and flexibility in dealing with multi-functional tasks.
