Position: Mandarin Accounts Payable SpecialistLocation: Alabang, Muntinlupa CitySchedule: Dayshift - Weekends offIndustry: Pharmaceutical CompanySalary:Highly NegotiableBenefits: Government Mandated Benefits, 13-month pay, HMO Cards (3 dependents) and Allowances, Leave Credits, Free Meals once onsite Responsibilities:️Accurate processing and monitoring of invoices and credit notes, in line with tax, legal requirements and company internal guidelines️On time execution, review, and follow-ups of all Accounts Payable reports️Actively assist and support the Accounts Payable objectives in accordance with the Management decision️Involvement in audit support for the countries being handled (preparation of raw data for the given samples and validation of vendor balance confirmation)️Provide Accounts Payable services for all business units in various company entities in different countries. Requirements:️Proficient in Mandarin and English️Bachelor’s Degree in Business Finance or similar course.️1-2 years of experience in the accounting area (end-to-end S2P processes and/or Expense Processes) is an advantage️Basic knowledge of SAP FI-MM and Accounts Payable Interfaces is an advantage.
