Position: Mandarin Product Marketing
Location: Makati City
Work Set up: On Site

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in any field
Proficient in Mandarin and English
Experience in Product Research and Training
With articulate, organized, and proactive with proven success working under tight deadlines.
Good logical thinking and project execution.

Responsibilities:
Conduct product research and analyze report of product profitability to produce a visual report and market research to be presented to the relevant department
Write and provide feature/game launch collateral, design promotion for player conversion and retention to produce high quality and informative collateral, engaging player experience & promotion.
Understand initiatives, gather requirements, think for solutions, write BSDs, coordinate testing, and ensure product functionality and acceptance to launch.
Answer all inquiries, complete necessary tasks related to products regardless of the channel to address concerns and provide support within SLA
Prepare and update training material, arrange, and conduct training and tests to train staff up to the competence level required.
Complete necessary fraud checking related to products regardless of channel, and suggest and improve any checking procedures and tools to reduce product financial losses while completing the investigation within SLA.
