About this Position
Asthe Senior HRDirect Total Rewards Specialist at Henkel, your primary goal is tosupport the Global Total Rewards Strategy by overseeing compensation, benefits,and incentive processes. What you´ll do
- Support Henkel Global Total Rewards Strategy along with end-to-end support for processes for compensation, benefits, and incentive topics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data, ensuring accuracy and completeness for analysis, calculations, reporting and payouts
- Utilize Excel skills to manipulate and analyze large datasets, creating comprehensive reports
- Respond to employee’s inquiries and concerns related to the process (via calls, e-mails, chats, and the ticketing system)
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with HR, Finance, and other stakeholders to align total rewards strategies with organizational objectives
- Responsible in close coordination with the overlapping topics with controlling, lifecycle, and payroll teams, understanding of end-to-end process, and use of the information in reporting
What makes you a good fit
- Minimum of three (3) years working experience in HR Total Rewards or Compensation and Benefits including Administration, Payroll Processing, and Reconciliation from a shared service or multinational working environment
- End-to-end Total Rewards process experience, not only on the end-to-end framework, but also with the absorption and documentation of processes is an advantage
- Intermediate knowledge in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, and pivot tables) is required; Experience with VBA, MACROs, and SAP is highly preferred
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English
- With keenness to details, grit, interpersonal, time management, and stakeholder management skills
- Amenable to work on a day shift schedule (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM) and report on a hybrid work set-up in Ayala Avenue, Makati
