In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: To conduct research and investigation to clear disputed invoices. To review, analyze, and communicate issues and concerns regarding disputes. To reconcile the Statement of Account (SOA) with the subsidiary ledger, request copies of missing invoices, settle reconciling items with trade vendors, and recommend appropriate entries to post. To resolve payable imbalances and exceptions and prepare and propose adjustments to fix them. To perform Automatic Invoice Matching (AIM) to analyze data using descriptive and/or diagnostic analysis. To collaborate with experts and top management for confirmation and support of their team's accurate handling of disputes identified. For This Role, You Will Need: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. 3 years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable. Working knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and Financial Accounting Standard Board regulation. Practical knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning systems (e.g., JD Edwards, Oracle, SAP, etc.) Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
