The position also represents the Market as SPOC with the GSC manufacturing centers ensuring supply continuity and reliability. The main objectives are: a.) 100% Adherence to FCF targets; b.) Write-Off Avoidance (NTMs/FGs); c.) 99.99% Product Availability; and d.) Sales Forecast Accuracy WHAT WILL YOU DO - RESPONSIBILITIESS&OP LeadLeads and drives the company's S&OP Processes from national forecast generation to territorial targets/forecasts taking into account the company's FCF targets, supply capacity constraints, and New Product Launches - translating short-term and medium-term targets into a working demand & supply plan Tax Stamps Planning & Operations LeadManages the Market's Tax Stamps planning, ordering, and reporting processes ensuring traceability across the multiple steps of the tax stamps' life-cycle - order/pickup and delivery/affixture or damage & claim reporting. Drives partnership with the factory to ensure compliance with the Indirect Tax Manual and BIR reporting requirements. Demand and Forecasting LeadManages, drives & ensures availability of the short to medium-term demand forecast ensuring the highest possible level of accuracy by collaborating with Marketing, Sales, and Finance to ensure a full understanding of operational volume requirements including but not limited to all volume scenarios and sensitivities. Ensuring that all issues and business opportunities identified are appropriately escalated to all stakeholders in order for them to be properly addressed Supply & Allocation Planning LeadManages, drives, and ensures supply availability by a.) working with GSC counterparts to ensure production flexibility & supply continuity and b.) working with DSO counterparts to create a balanced, accurate, and flexible allocation plan for the cascade of finished goods to all the DSO branches People Management & DevelopmentLead, motivate, train, and guide the personal development of the team reporting directly and indirectly to the position. OtherManage various tasks and projects as they arise and upon the line manager's request WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR - REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor's Degree in any course With at least 5-7 years of working experience in order to cash process or planning roles Preferably a minimum of 5-10 years of leadership experience from a multinational or FMCG company. Communicates Well. Passionate about people and numbers Has good analytical skills and business acumen and is able to challenge other functions. Strong working knowledge in MS Office and SAP (Plan to Produce, MM, O2C), Sales and Planning processes, Corporate Savvy, and Interpersonal skills. Able to meet customers and market requirements in terms of timely delivery, volume achievement, and meeting all business specifications at the lowest possible cost while complying with a very dynamic business environment.
