Description The opportunityThe Senior Analyst (Administrator), Treasury Operations (Compliance & Control) reports to the Senior Manager, Treasury Operations (Compliance & Control). In this position, the incumbent is responsible for a variety of security administration and reporting functions, including day to day access security maintenance and troubleshooting, periodic application access security audits and application-related initiatives (non-project related application decommissioning, setup, etc.). The incumbent is responsible for completing all assigned day to day security maintenance requests within established service and quality standards.ResponsibilitiesPerform tasks for the security administration functions within established service and quality standards for 4500+ users across 30+ applications and storage locations;Perform routine activities necessary to maintain adequate and accurate signing authority limits within established standards;Ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements and standards around access controls (i.e. verify authenticity of user requests, check for appropriate approval, process user requests, reset user passwords, update procedure documentation, monitor for conflict of interest, and ensure problems are resolved and corrected);Assist in preparing documents and collecting evidence for internal/external audit requests;Perform application access security audits and process changes request based on access security audit results;Support project initiatives that impact any Treasury Operations applications;Assist and ensure timely and accurate preparation of all management or global oversight reporting, including monthly MIS, periodic KPI’s, etc.;Maintain procedure documents current and reflective of current processes;Support periodic special assignments for Treasury Compliance & Controls team;Continuously raise process improvement opportunities to the attention of team lead/management.What motivates you?You obsess about customers, listen, engage and act for their benefit.You think big, with curiosity to discover ways to use your agile approach and enable business outcomes.You thrive in teams and enjoy getting things done together.You take ownership and build solutions, focusing on what matters.You do what is right, work with integrity and speak up.You share your humanity, helping us build a diverse and inclusive work environment for everyone.Education:University education in a business-related field required2-3 years working experienceKnowledge/Skills/CompetenciesStrong understanding of internal controls including least access privilege, segregation of duties etc.Strong attention to detail and accuracyStrong organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines and work under pressureSelf-starter, proven ability to analyze and work independently as well as in a team environmentAbility to troubleshoot problems, exhaust available options and determine when escalation or engaging help is required.Ability to connect the dots between different sources of information to investigate issues and explain the reason for the issueStrong technical savvy skills (including MS Word, MS Excel and Power BI).
