TheUnderwriting Lead Analystwill manage all activities of the lending transaction life cycle of all borrower accounts in the business. Key responsibilities include thorough underwriting of credit proposals with following due diligence and coordination with key teams for faster decisions. What you will do:Promote general banking facilities, lending products, and deposit services to corporate customers Compile credit reports, and maintain and develop a healthy loan portfolio to achieve business targets. Ownership of assigned portfolio of entire SME/Lending of Maya Bank. Strong domain knowledge in Credit such as working capital assessment and term loans Conduct credit appraisal and underwriting including financial analysis to understand solvency, liquidity position, repayment capacity of the entity, credit checks, etc. Prepare periodical review on the credit line and active loans Prepare credit proposals for credit applications Support and participate in various ad-hoc assignments or projects What we're looking for:At least 3-5 years of experience as an Underwriting Lead in the Banking industry High sense of integrity and initiative Good knowledge of Financial statement interpretation and credit analysis Strong network with commercial and corporate customers OUR MANTRAOur defiance isn't without reason.
