Willing to work on site and flexible with shifting schedules.

Preferred Qualifications:3+ years in BPO collections with a strong track record in handling complex customer issues.

Scope & Responsibilities: Provide high-quality support to clients, addressing account-related queries and resolving issues efficiently.

Handle financial transactions, account updates, and collections processes in line with company policies and procedures.
