RLI Furniture is looking for a sharp, strategic, and forward-thinking Financial Planning and Analysis Consultant to partner directly with our leadership team. We’re entering a pivotal growth phase and need someone to plan, allocate, and monitor our capital effectively—balancing between funding a major project, procuring inventory, and supporting daily operations. What You’ll Do: Collaborate with owners to create a smart, comprehensive fund allocation plan Strategically budget across procurement, marketing, sales, operations, and project execution Build and manage cash flow forecasts and offer scenario-based planning Monitor disbursement of funds and ensure money is going where it’s meant to Provide financial recommendations in both best-case and worst-case situations Advise on funding/loan options when needed Report financial performance and insights to leadership in a clear, actionable way What We’re Looking For: Strong background in FP&A, financial consulting, or CFO-level advisory Experience in manufacturing, importation, or product-based businesses is a big plus Proven ability to handle complex budgeting and fund planning Skilled in financial forecasting, modeling, and scenario planning Clear communicator who can work side-by-side with entrepreneurs and ops teams Proficient in financial tools (Excel, modeling software, dashboards, etc.)This is a project-based role, but for the right person, there’s room to evolve into an ongoing strategic advisor or part-time CFO.
