Job Description Position Title: ERP Manager – Microsoft Dynamics 365 Job Summary: The ERP Manager is responsible for overseeing the implementation, maintenance, optimization, and support of the organization’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365.
This role ensures that business processes are aligned with system capabilities, manages ERP projects, coordinates with stakeholders, and drives continuous system improvements to support operational efficiency and business growth.
Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee the daily operations of the ERP system, primarily Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Lead ERP implementation, migration, integration, and enhancement projects.
Collaborate with business units to identify system requirements and process improvements.
Ensure ERP configurations, workflows, and modules are aligned with business needs.
Coordinate with external vendors, consultants, and internal IT teams for system support and upgrades.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution of concerns.
Develop and maintain ERP policies, procedures, and documentation.
Conduct user training and provide technical guidance to end-users.
Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance within the ERP environment.
Generate reports, dashboards, and analytics to support management decision-making.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation related to ERP initiatives.
Stay updated on new features, trends, and best practices related to ERP technologies.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in ERP management or implementation.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Strong understanding of ERP modules such as Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing, or HR.
Experience in project management and system integration.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
Experience in manufacturing, retail, distribution, or related industries is an advantage.
Preferred Skills: Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, and reporting tools.
Familiarity with cloud-based ERP environments.
Microsoft certifications related to Dynamics 365 are an advantage.
Experience handling ERP transformation or digitalization projects.
