Position: Spanish Customer Service Team LeaderIndustry: BPO CompanyLocation: Pasay CitySalary: PHP 90,000 grossSchedule: NightshiftWork set-up: Hybrid (Office visits are standard 3-4 times per month) Requirements: Preferably Degree holder Experience in Spanish language is a plus 1-3 years Supervisor or Team Lead experience 3 years and above in a healthcare environment Experience with Epic EHR software is ideal but not required Responsibilities: Answering inbound calls regarding the related to patient accounting Questions Perform daily and monthly auditing of work processes Assist in hiring, selection and training of new team members, update ledgers, data, and reports Escalate the matter to a supervisor, request the appropriate information or take appropriate action so that the issue expert is able to effectively resolve the matter Answering queries in a timely manner Train new team members by providing excellent service to the client Recruitment Process: Resume Screening Initial Interview Language assessment (Both written and verbal) Operations Manager’s Interview Client Interview Job Offer
