Key Responsibilities:
Process customer payments for vehicle purchases, parts, and services.
Ensure all cash, credit, and check transactions are recorded correctly.
Issue official receipts and reconcile daily sales reports.
Perform cash counts and prepare deposit slips.
Provide support to various branches as assigned by management.
Assist in inventory or document audits related to cash handling.
Ensure compliance with internal control procedures and company policies.
Address customer inquiries and resolve transaction discrepancies.
Report any system or procedural issues to the Cash Supervisor.

Qualifications:
Graduate of a business-related course (e.g., Accounting, Finance, Business Administration).
At least 1 year of cashiering experience; automotive industry experience is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling cash.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Willing to travel and be assigned to different branches as needed.
