About the role AHD Advance Communication System, Inc. is seeking an experienced Finance/Accounting Head to join our dynamic team in our Makati City office. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations and ensuring the company's financial integrity and compliance. What you'll be doing Manage the full range of financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and accounting Ensure all financial records, processes, and controls are accurate, compliant, and in line with industry standards and best practices Prepare and analyse financial statements, identifying trends and insights to support strategic decision-making Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial guidance and support business initiatives Oversee the finance and accounting team, providing leadership, mentorship, and performance management Stay up-to-date with changes in financial regulations and best practices, and implement necessary changes What we're looking for8+ years of experience in a senior finance or accounting role Excellent knowledge of financial management, accounting principles, and regulatory requirements Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide strategic insights Proficient in the use of financial software and tools, including ERP systems and data analysis software Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing finance and accounting teams Relevant degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, and professional accounting certification (CPA or ACCA) is a plus About us AHD Advance Communication System, Inc. is a leading provider of advanced communication solutions in the Philippines.
