What You'll Do:
As a Fin Tech KYC Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in verifying customer identities and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Your key responsibilities include:

- Conducting KYC verification to authenticate customer identities and prevent fraud.
- Reviewing customer documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding account verification.
- Collaborating with internal teams to investigate suspicious activities and mitigate risks.
- Ensuring timely and accurate processing of customer information while maintaining data security.

What We’re Looking For:
✔ At least 1 year of Financial BPO experience (KYC, compliance, fraud prevention, or related field preferred).
✔ Strong verbal and written communication skills to handle customer interactions professionally.
✔ Detail-oriented and analytical mindset with the ability to assess risks and ensure compliance.
✔ Willing to work onsite in Ortigas.
