Qualifications:

- Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Math, Information Technology, or equivalent.

- Preferably has 2-4 years working experience in system analysis, end-user support, design, minimal programming, and extensive functional support; preferably with SAP utilization skills and knowledge,

- With hands-on technical roles in software development projects, relational databases, ERP systems, web and client-sever concepts.

- Extensive knowledge of data processing, hardware platforms, and enterprise software applications.

- Experience in the development and implementation of standards, procedures and guidelines to support operational processes.

- Process and Functional support skills preferably on area of Finance/Controlling, Treasury, Accounting, Purchasing and Materials Management.

Duties and Responsibilities:

-Investigate and resolve application functionality related issues and provide support and troubleshooting for RLC SAP users.

-Assist business users in troubleshooting software application

-Troubleshoot technical issues and identify modifications needed

-Reviews and updates system documentation and ensures they are aligned with the technical documentation for all applications
