Job Title: Assistant Group Manager; Remote Full Time, 40 hours per week Rate: 60k – 70k per month (PHP)     About the Client:   The client is a leading Registered Training Organisation (RTO) dedicated to providing exceptional vocational training and education.

    Role Overview:   The Assistant Group Manager will support the General Manager in overseeing daily operations at the company.

This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

The Assistant Group Manager will be responsible for ensuring smooth operational processes, managing team performance, and contributing to strategic initiatives.

    Key Responsibilities: Operational Management: Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations to ensure smooth functioning of the RTO.

Coordinate and monitor the implementation of operational policies and procedures.

Analyze operational performance and provide recommendations for improvements.

Team Leadership: Support the General Manager in managing and motivating team members.

Oversee scheduling, performance evaluations, and professional development of staff.

Facilitate effective communication and collaboration within the team.

Administrative Support: Handle administrative tasks such as report preparation, data management, and document handling.

Assist with budgeting, financial tracking, and resource allocation.

Customer Service: Address client and student inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.

Ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction are maintained.

Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Monitor and enforce quality assurance processes to uphold training and education standards.

Project Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of special projects and initiatives.

Coordinate with other departments and external stakeholders as required.

    Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.

Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a management or supervisory role, preferably within an RTO or similar educational setting.

    Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Knowledge of compliance and quality assurance in the education sector is a plus.

    Personal Attributes: Proactive: Takes initiative and anticipates needs or issues before they arise.

Detail-Oriented: Pays attention to details to ensure accuracy and quality.

Adaptable: Comfortable with changing priorities and working in a dynamic environment.

Leadership: Capable of motivating and guiding team members effectively.
