About the role We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for the position of Analyst – ESG.

As a key member of our sustainability team, you will support the delivery of Orica’s annual sustainability disclosures and enhance sustainability data visibility across the organization.

Your role will be crucial in providing data analysis and insights that drive informed decision-making and support Orica’s commitment to sustainability.

In this role, you will work closely with various stakeholders to collect, analyze, and interpret sustainability data, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.

You will develop and maintain sustainability dashboards and reports, contributing to the integration of sustainability considerations into our broader business strategies.

Your efforts will directly influence the development of initiatives and programs aimed at improving Orica’s environmental, social, and governance (ESG) performance.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and sustainability, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

This will be a hybrid setup in our Manila Office in Pasig.

What you will be doing Sustainability Data Management: Collaborate on the collation and aggregation of accurate and timely sustainability data for annual public disclosures.

Implement monthly sustainability data reporting using Orica systems (Enablon, SAP) and Power BI, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

Maintain a current register of new sustainability reporting legislation and regulations to ensure compliance and best practices.

Data Analysis & Insights: Analyze sustainability data to identify trends, drivers of movements, and variances against forecasts.

Provide insights to support strategic sustainability initiatives and enhance overall business performance.

Assist in identifying opportunities for improvement in data reporting and analysis processes.

Quality Assurance & Compliance: Support internal quality control checks and coordinate with teams to ensure compliance with corporate governance procedures (e.g., Atticus) and external assurance requirements.

Work closely with regional and group teams to maintain high standards of sustainability reporting and data quality.

Continuous Improvement & Collaboration: Contribute to the continuous improvement of sustainability data processes, ensuring alignment with evolving business and regulatory needs.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sustainable practices and foster a culture of environmental responsibility.

What you will bring 3+ years post-graduate experience in accounting or finance (or related discipline) Proven experience in data analysis, sustainability reporting, or a similar role.

Familiarity with sustainability frameworks, regulations, and reporting standards is highly desirable.

Proficiency in data management and reporting tools such as Power BI, Excel, and sustainability software (e.g., Enablon) is a plus.
