Job Description:

Supervises and monitors the leasing team performanceResponsible for researching market comparable and come up with a recommendation to help the company gets the best lease terms and conditionsCollect and review documents/requirements submitted by the Lessor Reviewing and negotiation of contractsAggressively network with and talk to new and existing clients and maintain a good and harmonious relationship with themRecommend effective strategies and networking activities that would improve leasing activities for projectsCoordinate with Lessor regarding rentalsReview lease expiration dates and utilize Renewal Process Checklist to deliver notices, which allows adequate time to schedule an appointment with the Lessor to review and sign the new leaseReview Management Agreements and coordinate renewal of expired agreementsDraft renewal Lease Agreements according to company policiesProcessing Rental Payment Qualifications: Must possess at least a College/Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or any related courseExcellent persuasion, negotiation and presentation skillsProficient in the English language and has excellent communication skillsHas a strong sense of customer service and good interpersonal skillsMust be a strategic thinker and has strong analytical skillsMust have knowledge of the real estate trends and industryPreferably have work experience in Real Estate or Commercial or Residential Property business salesCandidates must possess integrity, organizational and interpersonal skills, proficient in MS Office and have a basic knowledge in accounting programs
