mandated benefits About the Role: Embark on a challenging yet rewarding role as a Tax Administration and Compliance Manager with our esteemed Real Estate Company.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring tax compliance for our real estate operations.

Ideal Profile Requirements: Certified Public Accountant (CPA), preferably with external audit experience and familiarity with taxation in the real estate industry Actual work experience from companies in horizontal projects development, property management, and commercial leasing operations Knowledge of SEC (PSE an advantage), BOI, PEZA, and other regulatory rules and compliance requirements Well-versed in BIR and local government tax laws, rules, regulations, and requirements Strategic thinker/planner with the ability to anticipate and relate tax rules and laws with business operations Good presentation and communication skills, capable of discussing relevant tax issues, rules, and regulations with management Prior experience and successful handling of tax audits and investigations (local and national taxes) from the real estate industry, specializing in housing projects Good network of contacts and regulators What's on Offer?
