JOB OVERVIEW    The position is responsible for leading and managing the appropriation and optimization of project budget and investments.

Moreover, job holder will ensure the accuracy and timeliness of reportorial records reflecting the results of operations and financial standpoint of projects.  THE ROLE   Project Planning  Engages in financial, commercial and technical exploration studies to provide inputs and recommendations to scope, ensure alignment of understanding of project plans.  Sits in project financing and budget planning activities and provides inputs on cost structures and financial modeling to effectively facilitate project capital decision‐making.  Project Implementation and Controlling  Leads in the conduct and analysis of capital and expenditures and recommends improvement opportunities (cost management, tax optimization, schedule of fees) to ensure optimization of capital and operating cash flow.  Leads cash management operations, evaluates and recommends approval of cost and fees based on budget and ensures timely settlement of payables and other obligations.  Executes project finance activities as planned and ensures strong controls are in place to safeguard business investments.  Uses experience and knowledge in projects to recommend alternative and/or tested actions to keep to schedules and authorized project budget plans.  Drives collaboration with Treasury, Tax, Contracts, Project Execution and Supply Chain teams to ensure support in the execution of seamless procure to pay operations.  Oversees the preparation of periodic cost accounting reports to ensure that all reportorial requirements are complied with.  Project Completion and Closure  Communicates capital and expenditures reports to relevant stakeholders to ensure timely cascade of financial information and assist Project Leads in the preparation and justification of Capex/Opex programs.  Builds and maintains networks/relationships with 3rd party contractors, project management, engineering firms, and suppliers to create leverage for the Company/ies in the execution and completion of current and future projects.  Others  Perform additional tasks as required to support the project’s objectives and ensure successful execution.

This may include ad hoc responsibilities, special assignments, or any other duties as directed by management to address evolving project needs or operational challenges.     THE INDIVIDUAL   With extensive experience managing multiple and simultaneous construction and/or capital-intensive related projects.

With solid exposure to Finance Planning, Controlling and Management.  Leadership Experience: With 7‐10 years’ experience in a managerial role with executive capacity.  Project Experience: At least 5 years leadership experience in projects financial activities and control.  Bachelors’ Degree in an Engineering discipline.
