The opportunity EY GDS Content Center of Excellence is a fast-growing team of talented copywriters, editors, content strategists, thought leadership writers, technical writers and editorial managers.

People in the team provide support for key global EY publications and campaigns.

We are looking for candidates with exceptional copywriting and storytelling skills and significant experience working on copywriting projects for a range of platforms and audiences in leading agencies or competitor firms.

A creative problem solver, you are comfortable advising clients in situations of ambiguous direction, multiple strategic goals and diverse points of view.

With your exceptional conceptual and art direction skills and acute awareness of latest market trends, you are able to translate complex strategic business priorities into easily accessible creative concepts.

Your key responsibilities• Create strategic, creative and impactful communication plans and high-quality written content• Function as a proficient content consultant with expertise in developing impactful communication strategies and high-quality collaterals• Translate technology roadmap into human, “what’s in it for me” awareness and actionable steps• Engage product managers for idea generation and emphasizing product features and benefits from the end-user perspective• Edit content to ensure quality, consistency and alignment with EY’s purpose and editorial strategy• Repurpose content to meet the needs of the readership• Provide copywriting support for high-visibility EY programs and campaigns• Suggest improvements to the tone and structure of the content• Review work of other writers and editors, and provide objective unbiased feedback• Liaise with stakeholders and design teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of projects• Ensure the content is compliant with EY legal guidelines• Collaborate with design teams to ensure that content and design complement each other• Establish and maintain active knowledge of broad and complex corporate technology estate• Lead and manage multiple creative projects Skills and attributes for success• Demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills in American English• Adept in creating engaging, inspiring and persuasive B2 B content• Ability to understand and articulate complex business and technology ideas in an engaging, audience-friendly style• Experience across communications, change and project management, and matrix team operations• Ability to tell stories that inspire action• Good understanding of content strategy principles and processes• Deft in writing, editing and has a way with words• Strategy development, including consultative questioning, critical thinking, analytics, and innovation To qualify for the role, you must have• Bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in English literature or mass communication • At least 8-9 years of related experience Ideally, you’ll also have• Creative agency, advertising or Big Four experience • Aptitude and willingness to continually expand your core skillset• Experience in developing communication plans for change management Technologies and tools • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PPT, Teams, One Drive)• Knowledge in Project Management tools and methods What we look for • Love writing and have a way with words• Are good at writing about topics EY writes about• Are already aware of what EY is and what we do• Can create content that aligns with an organization's purpose and editorial strategy• Have created content for ads, brochures, magazines, flyers, websites, videos, blogs and social media• Have written for people in different age groups and occupations and at different levels in the organizational hierarchy• Have worked with global clients• Are comfortable writing about complex business ideas and concepts• Have written for C-suites and boards• Understand complex business concepts with ease• Are outstanding at grammar, usage and convention What we offer EY Global Delivery Services (GDS) is a dynamic and truly global delivery network.
