What Customer Service Operations contributes to Cardinal Health Customer Service is responsible for establishing, maintaining and enhancing customer business through contract administration, customer orders, and problem resolution.

Customer Service Operations is responsible for providing outsourced services to customers relating to medical billing, medical reimbursement, and/or other services by acting as a liaison in problem-solving, research and problem/dispute resolution.

Qualifications Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience Background in Financial or Accounting is a plus Canada customer relationship management experience, preferred Intermediate analytical, problem solving, critical thinking and proactive investigative skills Strong communication skills (verbal & written)Ability to follow SOPs and pays attention to details Intermediate Excel and Outlook skills Basic SQL knowledge - ability to run and modify queries Ability to process data entry work in manually or multiple systems and applications Ability to work in a collaborative environment, train and coach others Ability to handle a fast paced transactional environment3+ years experience in related field What is expected of you and others at this level Takes the lead in effectively applying and teaching new processes and skills in order to accomplish a wide variety of assignments Comprehensive knowledge in technical or specialty area Ability to apply knowledge beyond own areas of expertise Performs the most complex and technically challenging work within area of specialization Preempts potential problems and provides effective solutions for team Works independently to interpret and apply company procedures to complete work Provides guidance to less experienced team members May have team leader responsibilities but does not formally supervise Candidates who are back-to-work, people with disabilities, without a college degree, and Veterans are encouraged to apply.
