TSS provides services to country, sub-area, area and global people teams and other EY stakeholders involved in HR, L&D and recruiting transactions and associated administration, reporting and people infrastructure. This role is responsible for the deployment of multiple courses within one or more curriculum working alongside the Senior Deployment Specialist and/or Learning Program Manager. Additionally, it will be responsible for creating learning course execution deployment plans, tracking budgets, and managing the end-to-end execution. Provides oversight of Learning administration activities and reports on course feedback. Applications Used: Success Factors (Learning Management System), Service-Now Shift: Rotational / Night Shifts Essential Functions of the Job: Build initial course scheduling offering schedule for review. Submit requests to Schedule Offerings and to publish content in Success Factors. Support the end-to-end execution of Learning course deployment plans and budgets, including conference and event management. First point of contact for queries from the practice in relation to the courses assigned. Prepare facilitators for delivery of learning courses (logistics) and support in the management of facilitators. Manage and maintain Share Point sites and maintain content relevancy for SL, curriculum, program or course. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders relevant for courses and client group. Support the induction of new team members and provide guidance on their progress. Ensure CE credits awarded to Learning participants and instructors where applicable. Knowledge and Skills Requirements: Commercial acumen and business awareness. Strong written and oral communication skills. Strong team worker with a can-do approach. Proactive problem solver with solutions mindset. Budget planning and financial management skills. Job Requirements: Education: Master’s / Bachelor’s degree in business or HR related discipline. Preference will be given for those with HR Specialization. Experience: Significant experience of working in HR in professional services or corporate environment. 5+ years’ work experience preferred.
